Job Requirements:

Execute project tasks and generate project deliverables on-time, within allocated resources & timeline to the customer committed level of quality using appropriate set processes, tools and standards, engaging with Tech Leads, Technical reviewers and executing engineers

1. 10+ Years of experience in Industrial engineering and SPM design will be advantage
2. Perform the role of project leader & be the main point of contact for both Customer & internal team

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Project leader will be leading 15 members and leaders are accountable for meeting KPIs
• Estimation and planning approach should be very accurate and Quick turnaround 
• To ensure timely execution, resource management involves hiring 1E/1D/1C engineers based on project requirements or target date and providing support to execution engineers
• A proactive plan should be established whenever a project ramps up or ramps down
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, ensuring clear communication and collaboration
• Develop Project Management Plan (PMP) to review and monitor for project health status
