Responsibilities

Develop and maintain advanced Power BI/Tableau dashboards , ensuring high-quality data visualization and user experience.
Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
Collaborate with finance, marketing, and customer analytics teams to understand and translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
Perform deep-dive analyses to derive actionable insights, recommendations, and storytelling through dashboards.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and consistency across systems.
Maintain and enhance data models for better performance and scalability.
Stay up to date with the latest Power BI and SQL advancements to improve existing processes.
Create best practices documentation and train end-users in dashboard usage.

Basic Qualifications

Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in data analytics, with a strong focus on Power BI and SQL.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in advanced SQL skills, including complex joins, CTEs, and stored procedures.
Domain Knowledge: Strong experience in Finance, Customer Analytics, or Marketing Analytics.
Data Visualization: Expertise in designing dynamic, interactive dashboards and reports in Power BI.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with complex data landscapes.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder interaction.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in DAX queries and creating calculated columns/measures in Power BI.
Familiarity with tools like Python or R for advanced analytics.
Understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) for data storage and analytics pipelines.
Experience in predictive analytics and statistical modeling is a plus.
Suggested Skills
Technical Skills: Power BI, SQL (advanced), DAX, Data Modelling, ETL Tools, Python/R (desirable).
Domain Knowledge: Finance Analytics, Customer Journey Mapping, Campaign Effectiveness, Marketing Attribution.
