Quantum Phinance - Senior Backend Developer - WPF/.Net (4-5 yrs)

We are seeking a Senior Backend Developer with 4-5 years of experience in C#, .NET, and WPF.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of backend development, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to design and implement scalable solutions.

This role requires mentoring junior developers, optimizing system performance, and ensuring high-quality coding standards.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and optimize backend systems using C#, .NET, and WPF.

- Work on architectural design and technical implementation of complex applications.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Implement and maintain scalable, high-performance backend solutions.

- Ensure code quality, conduct peer reviews, and mentor junior developers.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.

- Develop and optimize SQL queries and database interactions.

- Stay updated with new technologies, assess their impact, and integrate them where necessary.

Skills and Qualifications Required :

- 4-5 years of experience in backend development with C#, .NET, and WPF.

- Strong understanding of ASP.NET, Windows Services, and Web API.

- Expertise in MVVM architecture and object-oriented programming.

- Deep knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.

- Strong experience working with relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.

- Proficiency with version control tools like Git.

- Experience in performance optimization, debugging, and troubleshooting.

Good to Have Skills :

- Knowledge of Linux administration and advanced troubleshooting.

- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Understanding of Probability, Statistics, and Basic Finance concepts
