Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Freelance Trainer / Tidal Enterprise Scheduler to join our team. This role will involve providing training for our internal teams on the Tidal Enterprise Scheduler (TES) platform, as well as assisting with the configuration and maintenance of the system. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Tidal, its functionalities, and its application in enterprise-level scheduling, along with strong training abilities to deliver clear, concise, and effective training sessions.
Responsibilities: Trainer:
- Deliver engaging, high-quality training sessions for internal teams on Tidal Enterprise Scheduler.
- Develop and customize training materials, documentation, and resources to cater to different learning styles and user levels.
- Provide hands-on demonstrations and live walkthroughs of Tidals key features, functionalities, and best practices.
- Work closely with HR and project teams to design training programs that align with organizational needs.
- Assess the effectiveness of training programs, gather feedback, and make improvements.
- Offer post-training support and answer user queries related to Tidal functionalities.
Tidal Enterprise Scheduler Support:
- Assist with the configuration and setup of Tidal Enterprise Scheduler in a complex enterprise environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Tidal Enterprise Scheduler jobs, workflows, and integration with other tools.
- Ensure proper scheduling of jobs and processes, ensuring the system runs efficiently and reliably.
- Collaborate with IT teams to maintain system health, monitor job statuses, and address potential scheduling issues.
- Support the integration of Tidal with other platforms or tools as needed for seamless enterprise automation.
- Proven experience working with Tidal Enterprise Scheduler (minimum 2-3 years).
- Strong understanding of scheduling, job automation, and enterprise system integration.
- Ability to create training materials, including slide decks, user manuals, and video tutorials.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in job scheduling, process automation, and performance tuning within enterprise environments.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in a trainer/consultant role, particularly for enterprise software platforms, is a plus.
- Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions to common issues related to Tidal.
