Manager Customs Clearance

Responsible for facilitating the customs clearance process for goods being imported or exported. To ensure that all
necessary documentation is prepared, submitted, and compliant with customs regulations.
†Responsible for handling various documents and other relevant paperwork required for customs clearance.
†Responsible for ensuring compliance with all customs laws, regulations, and procedures, including payment of
applicable duties and taxes.
• Responsible for communicating with customs officials to resolve any issues or queries that may arise during the
clearance process.
• Responsible for aiding clients on customs regulations, tariff classifications, and the implications of various trade
agreements if required.
• Responsible for coordination with the shipping/air lines, freight forwarders, and transport companies to ensure smooth
logistics and timely delivery of goods.
• Responsible for providing costing / estimation / quotation.
• Responsible for Bill of Entry/Shipping Bill Filing.
