We are seeking Quantitative Developers to join one of our trading teams in Gurgaon. As a Quantitative Developer you will be responsible for enhancing the existing capabilities of our research infrastructure and production systems thereby making our end-to-end simulation environment and realtime trading more robust.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Partner with Quant traders and researchers to implement and maintain the quantitative models by writing highly efficient C++ code
• Improve and streamline the framework from simulations to prod environment
• Partner with Quant Researchers to deliver customer software solutions.
• Creating tools for analyzing large datasets, generating AI enabled reports, identifying trading patterns, and enabling back-testing for strategy simulations

An ideal candidate should have:

• An Engineering degree in Computer Science or a related field from a premier
• 1+ year software development experience in Python and/or C++ in the industry
• Experience with R will be an added advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills and quantitative
• Experience with scripting languages such as Bash/AWK/Python
• Willingness to learn and work on new technologies
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
