Junior Quantitative Analyst: Algorithmic Trading

Job Summary:

You will work in our fast-growing Quantitative Finance practice focused on designing,testing, developing, and running quantitative algorithmic trading strategies, models, andanalytics. Machine Learning and AI are a key cornerstone of our design philosophy, and youmust be familiar with these concepts.

The ideal candidate will be a high-achieving graduate or postgraduate infinance/technology/statistics or related areas with 1-3 years of experience. Prior experiencein financial modeling or knowledge of financial markets is not a must but will be preferred.You will be willing to work with ambiguity but still be able to apply rigorous and systematicscientific approaches to problem-solving. We shall be looking for curiosity coupled withquantitative aptitude.

A willingness to learn and experiment with new ideas and methods is a key requirement andso is comfort with software development using Python\/C++ with some exposure toassociated environments and libraries for data science, scientific computing, andquantitative finance. You will need to have good written and oral communication skills andbe able to present with clarity and conciseness.
