Quantiphi - Senior Architect - Chatbot Solutions (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and architecture of chatbot solutions, considering user needs, conversation flows, and technical feasibility.

- Select and implement appropriate chatbot development platforms based on project requirements.

- Design and develop conversation flows that are natural, engaging, and informative for users.

- Integrate chatbots with back-end systems and APIs to retrieve and process data.

- Train and fine-tune chatbots using Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to improve accuracy and understanding.

- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve chatbot performance.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in conversational AI, NLP, and chatbot development platforms.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (designers, developers, product managers) to bring chatbot solutions to life.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in software architecture or a similar role.

- In-depth knowledge of conversational AI concepts, principles, and best practices.

- Solid understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques and applications in chatbots.

- Experience with chatbot development platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, Microsoft Bot Framework) (a plus).

- Experience with API integration and data management for chatbots.

- Strong understanding of user experience (UX) design principles for conversational interfaces.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
