Job Description

Work with development teams and product managers to ideate development solutions.
Understand the client-side/business needs and form appropriate user stories while converting them to technical features of the solution.
Contribute Building the end-to-end production grade ML applications.
Develop and manage well-functioning LLM/GenAI/ML/DL/NLP models and processes.
Write effective training and inference pipelines.
Test software/application to ensure responsiveness and efficiency.
Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade application.
Ideate and implement solutions to drive business impact through AI and cloud.
Build efficient applications in performance and computation.

Skills Required:

3 to 6 years of proven experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
Experience developing GenAI/LLM/ML/AI/DL applications.
Strong technical and theoretical knowledge of AI/AL (Transformers, Distributed Training, Large Language Models) and open source models like Llama, Mistral etc.
Familiarity with common stacks.
Knowledge of multiple Deep Learning Framework and technologies (e.g. tensorflow, pytorch, Sklearn etc.)
Knowledge of NLP models such as BERT, GPT family, Transformers, etc.
Experience developing production ready ML/AI solutions.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Great attention to detail.

Dislikes

People who don't even understand ML have taken promotions and are leading the project as technical architect. Promotions are a joke here. My manager has zero understanding about ML and was converted from business analyst to Machine Learning Engineer and now leads the team (This is not a joke).
