Quant Intern (Research & Product)

Position Summary:QuantInsti is seeking to hire qualified candidates for an internship position in the research and product team of Quantra.

Responsibilities:

* Research on topics related to quant trading, including AI/ML, statistical arbitrage, momentum, mean-reversion, options trading and NLP, and applications of statistics and econometrics models * Creating and publishing highly informative and application-based technical blogs or video tutorials on cutting edge developments in the field of trading * Enhancing the content and delivery (pedagogy) for the existing blog articles or video tutorials Education: Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Physics, Computer Science or Engineering

Requirements:

* Excellent grasp of financial markets with some trading experience * Teaching experience or online education experience is a plus * Exposure to any form of code development is an added advantage * Exposure to coding in Python is a plus * Strong analytical and quantitative background * Good communication skills and team player

Other Aspects / Skills: * Creative and analytical mind. * High attention to detail and accuracy. * Ability to work under pressure and deadlines. * Ability to work on multiple projects at a given time. * Good organizational and planning skills.
