Job Description
Quantified HR Private Limited is a boutique recruitment firm head quartered in New Delhi. We have been in operation since 2017 and have built a niche for ourselves in the IT product hiring space. We have helped IT product companies ramp up their operations in India and continue to support them during BAU operations.
We are ramping up the sourcing team to service the surge in requirements. This opportunity is a 100% remote opportunity , but we would prefer if candidates are based in NCR, Bengaluru or Pune and work remotely.
Key deliverables for the role
- Actively source IT profiles for product and services companies
- Conduct preliminary screening for each profile and submit along with evaluation
- Leverage networking sites and social media to source, connect and screen profiles
- Maintain healthy pipeline of candidates for all requirements
- Ensure that the database is updated and refreshed
Candidate profile
- MUST have minimum 2 years of IT recruiting experience
- MUST have sourced profiles by leveraging networking sites and social media (no job boards)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Should have knowledge of ATS tools
- Target orientation must be high
- Willing to work in a faced paced environment with minimal supervision
