Job Title - Project Manager

Overview :

The Project Manager will oversee a diverse portfolio of projects and lead a team of skilled professionals in delivering high-quality solutions. The role involves end-to-end project management, including planning, coordination, execution, and client interaction. The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders, including Project Leads, Technical Leads, QA/BA Teams, and clients, to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Program Management : Should be able to lead and drive multiple projects at the same customer or multiple customers.

2. Stakeholder Management : Primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on program/project status, risks, and issues. Should be able to keep track of all the activities of the project and should be excellent in communication (DSR, WSR, Project Health). Gather and analyse feedback from stakeholders to continuously improve program outcomes

3. Solution Oriented : Should look to build solutions for the customers rather than just focused on execution. Should be able to drive business discussion and be able to come up with possible solutions in the area of discussion.

4. Resource Management : Should be able to assign, track & monitor the work assigned to each of the resource. Monitor resource utilization and make adjustments as necessary to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Ensure resources are upskilled regularly

5. Performance Tracking and Reporting : Establish Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and metrics to measure resource/project performance & success. Prepare and present regular reports on program status, performance, and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders

6. Process Improvement : Continuously/Periodically evaluate and improve current processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Focus on business priorities and provide high value delivery to the customer. Implement best practices / delivery standard in projects and ensure that project teams adhere to these practices

7. Risk Management : Be vigilant on the project and identify potential risks and issues that may impact project delivery and develop mitigation strategies

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Technology / Business Administration. Master's degree is preferred.

- Proven experience in project management, with a minimum of 7 to 10 years in a functional project management role.

- Project Management Professional (PMP), PRINCE2- certification preferred

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Experience in working from the client location will be a plus

- Technological bend of mind, should be able to contribute technically toward the project

- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas and concepts to stakeholders at all levels

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate project risks

- Proficiency in project management software and tools

- Experience working in Insurance industry is preferred
