Work location - Mumbai + Pune Customer Experience (CX) TesterPosition Overview:Customer Experience (CX) Testers evaluate software to ensure that mobile telco applications deliver exceptional user experiences. The CX Tester conducts usability testing, administers user surveys, and other user experience research methods, to validate usability, accessibility, and end-to-end workflows from a customer perspective. This person works closely with design and development teams to improve the user experience.Key Responsibilities:Customer Experience CoverageTest customer-facing applications, such as self-service portals, mobile apps, websites, e-commerce sites, and social media platforms.Validate end-to-end scenarios, including user onboarding, payment workflows, and service activations.Usability TestingConduct usability and accessibility testing to identify issues and ensure compliance with telecom standards and guidelines.Observe users interacting with the system and gather feedback.Analyze user behavior and identify areas for improvement.User Surveys and FeedbackDesign and conduct user surveys to gather feedback.Analyze survey results and identify trends.Heuristic EvaluationEvaluate the user interface against usability heuristics.Identify usability problems and suggest improvements.User Experience ReportingAnalyze and document issues impacting customer experience.Generate reports on usability findings and recommendations.Collaborate with UX/UI teams to align testing efforts with design objectives.Present findings to stakeholders and provide recommendations for improvements.Key Expertise / Knowledge:Strong understanding of user experience principles and testing methodologies.Familiarity with telecom customer touchpoints, such as mobile apps and retail portals, websites, e-commerce sites, and social media platforms.Knowledge of telecom workflows, including SIM activation, payment processing, and netwo
