Test Lead

Prepares documentation to be included as a part of Test strategy. Interacts with the Project BA , Dev team and PM to work on the Test preparations and re-requisites, Reviews Test Design and Execution Plan and schedule of testing. Assign tasks to the team members & manage workload efficiently Tracking project milestones and deliverables Keeping track of new requirements from the project Coordinate with users for inputs, review and approvals Responsible for Metrics Measurement and Implementation Report upon testing activities, including testing results, test case coverage, defects Ensure adherence to test processes Daily Defect Discussions Managing and monitoring work of team. Proficiency on Watermelon Tool and Life Asia applications. Prepare Test Plan and Automation Test Strategy for the applications. Involved in Effort estimation for Automation test suite creation and execution across features. Test planning, coordination, and control of various activities. Troubleshooting any framework or related changes. Enabling AI engineers with framework setup and execution as needed Involved in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CICD) of automation scripts (with Jenkins).
