About the Role:
The incumbent will be a seasoned leader with a demonstrated track record of successfully leading teams and contributing to the achievement of organizational goals. This individual must possess exceptional communication and influencing skills, combined with a strong understanding of industry best practices across Technology, Process, and Governance. Key to success in this role is the ability to collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, maintain a positive attitude, and demonstrate the flexibility to adapt to evolving needs. Building and maintaining strong partnerships will be essential. The role will focus on driving portfolio performance by proactively addressing customer needs, innovating processes, and enhancing capabilities to consistently improve delivery excellence. The incumbent will also be responsible for scaling account size and ensuring profitability, fostering sustainable growth for the organization.

Contribute to strategic and policy development and implementation of the same in the organization. Allocate accountability amongst staff, manage career development of others, liaise with professional staff and other managers, advise the business on technology related issues & engage in short / medium / long term plan. Apply advanced knowledge and experience to the development of new methods, programmes and procedures. Offer expertise cutting across units and make tactical decisions impacting business development and client relationship management. Advise Senior Management on specialized testing issues, conduct, support and report research in one's own areas of expertise. Support in new business proposition to bid management / account management team.

Professional Qualification:
B.Tech / B.E. / MCA (with good academic track-recon+ MBA (preferred). Possess 1-2 globally accepted certifications.
