Business Analyst

Job DescriptionTECHNICAL SKILLS5+ years of experience in Connected Vehicle Product or in Automotive domain

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or Engineering

Experience with IT or IoT (Internet of Things), vehicle telematics, cellularcommunications, telematics service providers, in-vehicle connectivity featuresimplementations, cloud architecture, data analytics, embedded telecommunicationdevices

Basic understanding of IT architecture and frameworks

FUNCTIONAL SKILLSCollaborate with business stakeholders, product managers, and development teams toelicit, analyze, and document business requirements for mobile and web solutions

Interface with other Connected Vehicle Feature Owners to define support processes forupcoming products and features

Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, andacceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with architectural principles and designobjectives

Work closely with UX/UI designers to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes thatvisualize the user interface and user experience of mobile and Web applications

Define test cases, validation scenarios, and acceptance criteria to ensure the quality andreliability of automotive/connected solutions, collaborating with QA engineersthroughout the testing process

Provide ongoing support and guidance to development teams during theimplementation phase, clarifying requirements, resolving issues, and ensuring timelydelivery of mobile banking solutionsStrong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and document businessrequirements and functional specifications

Experience working in Agile development methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban,and familiarity with tools such as JIRA or Confluence

Work with product team to analyze the requirement, create user flow, system flow,solution documentation, HLD and LLD
