Lead Solution Architect - SAP ABAP Module (5-7 yrs)

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Lead the requirement engineering process for PT3 products, working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications.

- Steer and mentor developers in the implementation of PT3 functionalities, ensuring high-quality code, adherence to best practices, and robust technical documentation.

- Champion the use of advanced SAP technologies, including ABAP Object Oriented Programming (ABAP OO), ABAP on HANA (AMDP, CDS), Fiori Launchpad (FPM), OData, and web services, to deliver innovative and efficient solutions.

- Collaborate with Solution Architects (using Sparx Enterprise Architect) to design and model the software architecture for PT3 products, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and integration with existing SAP landscapes.

- Consult and support customers on their PT3 requirements, providing expert guidance on functionalities, vision realization, and best practices.

- Oversee the central development of PT3 software, ensuring its successful deployment across various SAP systems (R/3, S/4 HANA, and potentially GTS).

- Lead and manage a team of SAP consultants and developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

- Prototype and evaluate new technologies to identify opportunities for enhancing PT3 products and staying ahead of the curve in the SAP landscape.

Technical Skills (Must-Have) :

- 5+ years of experience in SAP architecture, with a strong focus on SAP S/4 HANA.

- In-depth expertise in ABAP development, including ABAP OO, ABAP on HANA (AMDP, CDS).

- Proven experience in leading SAP solution delivery projects from requirement engineering to implementation.

- Solid understanding of SAP application layer (Fiori, OData, web services) and UI development principles.

- Experience with SAP Solution Manager and development tools (e. , Sparx Enterprise Architect) is a plus.

Technical Skills (Good to Have) :

- Experience with SAP Master Data Management (MDM) is a plus.

- Experience with foreign trade processes in SAP is a plus.

- Knowledge of AI/ML integration with SAP is a plus
