Quality Supervisor

1. Experience in Visual & Dimensional Inspection-Quality function.
2. Hands-on experience in Sheet Metal / Stamping products commodity.
3. Experience of handling all type of Variable gauges.
4. Ability to prepare Quality standards; inspection reports; Quality Plan.
5. Good knowledge of inspection, measurement techniques, GD&T.
6. Ability to read Blueprints/Drawings.
7. Implementation of QMS in the shopfloor.
8. Good understanding of ISO 9001 / IATF 16949 requirements.
9. Customer defect analysis and problem solving (8D).
10. Set clear team goals & Delegate tasks and set deadlines.
11. Monitor team performance and report on metrics.
12.Excellent Team Handling Experience - Min team size of 10 Nos.
13.Good written & verbal communication skills.
14.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel & PPT to prepare reports.
