Studying, making, reviewing and updating the process flow for the product and determining the hazards, and based upon the hazards amending the PRPs, OPRPs, CCPs to maintain the product integrity.
Ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and certifications (e.g., ISO, FSSAI, FSSC 22000).
Ensuring that training related to product safety, procedures, hygiene, sanitation, HACCP, other standards are provided to workers/staff at regular intervals and evaluating the efficiency of the same.
Effective implementation and monitoring of cleaning schedule and strict personnel hygiene measure in the plant.
Performing sensory evaluations (taste, smell, appearance) to ensure product consistency. Ensuring compliance with safety standards, such as microbiological, chemical, and physical testing & Preparing COAs according to the observations and product Specification sheets as per customer requirement.
Conduct validation of control measures, develop corrective and preventive action aimed at determining and eliminating the causes of identified non-conformities.
