Job Description
- Monitor and ensure implementation of approved Quality Assurance Plan through field inspections.
- Coordinate quality issues with experts of other disciplines, Contractors as well as the Client.
- Monitor and supervise the output of Site Engineers to ensure Quality Construction.
- Graduate in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Minimum experience of 5 years in relevant field, out of which minimum 2 years experience should be in similar role in elevated metro rail projects /major bridge projects/ elevated rail based transit projects.
- Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
- Ability to work within a culturally diverse organization, recognizing and respecting differences.
- Ability to problem solve, especially in an integrated project delivery environment, applying industry best practices.
- Self-motivated individual with outstanding leadership skills and the ability to influence wthout authority.
