Job Description
You are in the first line to ensure Syncron customers realize the most value from our solutions, by
- Experience as QA Engineer in an agile environment.
- Experience on core java and its implementations for test framework design.
- Skills and experience in setting up a test automation framework.
- Experience and Knowledge in working with UI automation frameworks like Selenium and/or Playwright.
- Working knowledge of Docker, Git.
- Familiarity with writing SQL queries.
- Familiarity with API testing using any tools or custom automation.
- Hands-On experience with CI pipelines/tools (Jenkins, AWS CodePipeline, Github etc)
- 4+ years of experience in automation framework design and QA
- Minimum 2 years of experience in creating test plans and effective test case writing

- Contributing to QA efforts to ensure end-to-end testing of the product.
- Creating automated tests within different levels (Contract Based Testing, Integration, Functional, Performance etc.)
- Coordinating with developers and stakeholders to ensure proper definition of stories and appropriate coverage.
- Coordinating with multiple teams to plan and test the integration of the product with other internal and external products.
- Defining test scenarios and strategies for complex backend and frontend architectures.
- Exploring new testing approaches and writing POCs to test out within the company.
- Personal development in Software Development and Quality Assurance.
