The Role

We are looking for a data-driven and process-oriented Quality Control Associate/Senior Associate, to ensure that our service delivery meet the required standards of quality before they are released to the client (Internal & External)

We are looking for someone who exhibits the below attributes

• An understanding of Quality & Lean Methodology processes and continuous improvement plans
• Good understanding of quality control processes and techniques, such as statistical process control (SPC) and Six Sigma
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and determine the root cause of quality issues
• Detail-oriented and able to spot defects or issues that could affect the quality of delivery
• Excellent communication skills; verbal and written proficiency in English
• Experience working with CRMs, large volumes of Data
• They should have basic computer skills to use software programs for data analysis, record keeping, and reporting i.e., Excel, Word, PPT
