What You ll Do on a Typical Day :

Engaging/contracting with Healthcare Professionals, Healthcare Organizations and External Experts (High risk vendors) in line with Customer s defined process and relevant policies.

The scope is non-procurement managed contracting.

This role is fundamental to ensure compliance in the EE Engagement process and to respond to all critical associated requirements, payment and financial disclosure activities.
What We re Looking For :

Graduate with 6 -9 years of experience.

Act as a single point of contact for the External Experts, Healthcare Professionals and Healthcare organization in order to perform the engagement process in respect of all applicable company standards, policies and procedures, external local and regional laws, rules and regulations, as well as pharmaceutical industry codes of practice (i.e. EFPIA) and/or local industry associations (CNOM/Mdeon).

Draft contracts using legally approved templates and be the interface between Legal, Business and the EE/HCP/HCO for the complete finalization of the written agreement, in line with Customers global and local ethical and legal standards. Support Business with budget estimates (direct indirect spend) Estimate activity budget adding: fees for Experts, logistic costs (meeting venue rental, travel, accommodation, meals, ground transportation)

Initiate the payment process for EEs/HCPs/HCOs post interactions and follow up until payment has been finalized

Record Transfers of Values (TOVs) for Financial Disclosure purposes in the appropriate systems (global disclosure - US disclosure - EFPIA(*European Federation of Pharmaceutical Industries and Associations) disclosure

Monitoring and quality check of direct and indirect spent to support Finance team and ensure accuracy of reporting. Maintain documentation compliance and retention specificities to required standards (audit preparedness) and assist the Business in the delivery of level 1 quality framework and support of QA audits. Working in respect of processes/tools and harmonized practices with an enterprise approach considering implications across Customer organization for engagement practices. Participating in - and contributing to - network platforms aimed at process/practice harmonization and continuous improvement
