Quality Assurance Engineer - Automation Testing (7-12 yrs)

Job Description :

We seek a highly skilled QA Automation Engineer to join our team and ensure our software solutions' quality, reliability, and performance. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing comprehensive testing strategies while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement robust testing processes and approaches aligned with industry standards and organizational goals.

- Design and ensure the overall integrity of the testing strategy, including both manual and automated testing frameworks.

- Collaborate with business and technology leads to define the acceptable range for test results and performance benchmarks.

- Design, develop, and execute automated test plans, scripts, and tools based on detailed business requirements provided by business analysts.

- Perform manual testing where required to validate system functionality and user experience.

- Assist application developers and technical support teams in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving issues effectively.

- Facilitate the resolution and communication of cross-application or organizational architectural challenges and decisions.

- Continuously assess and update test sequences and scope based on test results or changes in product design.

- Coordinate component, system, and documentation testing with relevant technical teams and release management.

- Reconcile and analyze test results from various test phases and teams to ensure alignment and consistency.

- Assess product or project readiness and identify any deviations, ensuring quality standards are met before release.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in quality assurance, with a focus on QA automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress, etc.).
