QA Analyst 3-ProdDev

 About The Role : 

Responsible for developing, applying and maintaining quality standards for company products with adherence to both internal and external standards. Develops and executes software test plans. Analyzes and writes test standards and procedures. Maintains documentation of test results. Analyzes test results and recommends corrective actions.

We are looking for a Senior Quality Assurance engineer with insurance domain knowledge. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, automate, and execute comprehensive test plans, ensuring the product's functionality, and reliability. You will be responsible for designing and implementing automated test frameworks to increase test efficiency and coverage in a continuous delivery environment.



 Requirements : 

Develop, maintain, and enhance test automation frameworks and scripts.

Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines, ensuring seamless integration

Design and execute automated test cases based on business requirements, specifications, and functional flows. Ensure thorough testing of product features.

Work closely with software developers and strategy team to understand product architecture and design test plans that ensure maximum test coverage.

Lead and execute large-scale regression testing , automating processes to improve test execution times and minimize manual intervention.

 Skills : 

 4+ years  of hands-on experience as an Automation Engineer.

Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cucumber or similar.

Understanding of Core Java, Linux basics is a must.

Knowledge of  API testing  using tools like Postman or SoapUI is an added advantage.

Experience with  CI/CD  tools such as Jenkins, Git

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team-oriented mindset.

Solid understanding of  QA processes , and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).

Knowledge of databases like  Oracle and SQL Server databases, and ability to create queries for validation and testing.
