Quality Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain & develop sales quality standards: Ensure consistent adherence to quality standards in both internal and store sales operations.

• Assess sales team interactions: Evaluate sales team performance against internal quality standards, ensuring excellent customer engagement.

• Provide constructive feedback: Accompany evaluations with detailed, meaningful feedback to foster team improvement.

• Analyze customer sales metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction and sales closings, and assess the sales teams impact on these metrics. • Develop strategies to improve KPIs: Create actionable strategies aimed at improving support KPIs and enhancing overall sales performance.

• Identify training needs: Map out areas where additional training could enhance team performance and sales efficiency. • Generate performance reports: Prepare and submit detailed reports to the reporting manager, reflecting the teams sales performance and any identified areas for improvement.

• Enhance customer satisfaction & sales: Contribute to higher customer satisfaction and increase sales closures through consistent quality improvement efforts.

• Foster a positive team culture: Actively contribute to maintaining a positive, collaborative culture within the sales team.
