Must Haves:

• Expertise in Quality Assurance Methodologies: The candidate must possess a deep understanding of quality assurance principles, methodologies, and best practices. This includes knowledge of Automation, Data, DevOps, CI/CD, and other relevant quality engineering frameworks.

• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and draw actionable insights. The candidate should be skilled in conducting assessments, evaluating processes, and synthesizing findings to identify areas for improvement.

• Effective Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Guiding cross-functional teams - internal and client - like Performance, AI, TDM etc. - and driving change initiatives. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to inspire and motivate team members, foster collaboration, and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

• Deep Understanding in Solution architecture for AWS cloud provider

Job Description:

• Responsible for overseeing, managing and implementing the different transformation initiatives.

• Understand the existing technology landscape and quality engineering practices.

• Work with different CoE tracks and Identify transformation levers for cross-functional practices - Automation / Data / AI / Performance / DevOps - Continuous Testing / Cyber Security / Accessibility.

• Enable Shift+Left quality engineering practices across the board.

• Implement a unified automation framework catering to Web, Mobile, API and C3E devices.

• Align our approach and strategy to Cubic technology modernization efforts.

• Experience in aligning QE offerings to AWS cloud

• Understand the "Product -> Project" landscape and provide recommendations for achieving maximum reusability from QE efforts.
