Program Manager

Must Have:

1) Overall IT Experience - 18+ Years

2) 7+ years of experience in program management, with at least 2-3 years of experience managing programs related to cloud infrastructure (preferably OCI or other cloud platforms).

3) Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) services, including compute, storage, networking, databases, and security.

4) Familiarity with cloud infrastructure design, migration, and operations within OCI or other cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure).

5) Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.

6) Experience with program management tools like Jira, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.

7) Familiarity with DevOps principles and tools for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) in cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and oversee large, complex OCI-related programs, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, business requirements, and OCI strategies.

2. Define program objectives, scope, and deliverables, and establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track success.

3. Develop comprehensive program plans, including schedules, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communications.Manage the full program lifecycle, from planning through execution and post-delivery analysis.

Certifications (preferred but not required):Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) certifications, such as OCI Architect Associate or OCI Solutions Architect.Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification.Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) or PRINCE2 certification.AWS Certified Solutions Architect or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect (if multi-cloud experience is required).

Must Haves

1. OCI or Any Cloud Migration Program Handling Experience

2. Technical/Dev background with some knowledge about OCI Platforms

3. Multiple stakeholder working experience
