Job Description

Role details:A seasoned Automation Expert with a strong, language-agnostic coding background, proficient in any of two from Java, .NET, Python JavaScript. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in mobile, web, and API automation, as well as CI/CD pipelines. This role demands the ability to lead proof-of-concept initiatives, troubleshoot complex automation challenges, build and enhance solutions, mentor team members, and provide automation consulting for implementations.

Responsibilities: Build and contribute to automation solutions and frameworks. Execute proof-of-concepts for automation projects. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in delivery projects, spanning multiple languages and technologies. Consulting on automation-related implementations across projects.

Drive best practices in mobile, web, and API automation, ensuring scalability and reliability. Provide guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring upskilling and growth.Skills and Expertise Needed: Expertise in mobile (iOS and Android), web, and API automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Appium, Selenium, REST Assured, Cypress, Playwright etc.).

Proficient in Java and .NET; working knowledge of Python/JavaScript preferred. Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues. Excellent consulting, communication, and mentoring skills.

Familiarity with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices. Working knowledge of developing and testing applications built with Spring Boot and Flask frameworks. Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, including knowledge of cloud-native services and deployment models.
