General Summary:
Description
Were seeking a customer-facing software engineer with embedded Linux experience.
The ideal candidate will be familiar with a range of technologies from boot software and the Linux kernel to Docker and IoT/Edge cloud services, have customer management experience, and be able to work in an environment with high levels of customer engineer interaction.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.Key Objectives
Deliver customer success through their use of FoundriesFactory.
Serve as a primary contact for onboarding new customers via Jira Ticket Management
and/or Video-conferencing.
Collaborate closely with the customer and the Foundries.io engineering team to solve
customer technical issues and questions related to the FoundriesFactory software
stack.
Provide insights to customers and prospects on how to get value from FoundriesFactory.
Provide feedback to the engineering team on customers requirements, requested
product features, and improvements.
Be the primary day-to-day contact for multiple customers engineering teams as they
onboard and use the Foundries Factory service through their product development,
deployment, and maintenance life-cycle.
Provide feedback and improvements on the product documentation.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field
Ideally, 1-6 years of experience in customer technical support, account management, or
another customer-facing role.
Experience with Jira Ticket Management.
Experience with Linux Container (preferentially Docker/Docker compose ).
Experience with Git.
Experience with Bash Scripting and/or Python or other scripting languages.
Experience with Embedded Linux (operating systems, security, BSPs, open source
software).
Experience with Technical documentation is a plus.
Direct experience with device security is a plus.
Experience with REST API and PKI is a plus.
Must be able to work remotely and effectively with an international team (the team is
spread across EMEA LATAM North America).
Good communication skills written and spoken (English).
