Quality Control Engineer- RMC

Role & responsibilities

• Checking of the quality of Raw material received at the sites as per the required specifications & quality norms & maintaining consistent Quality Raw Material in stock yard to avoid use of substandard material.
• Coordinating the material procurement department for procurement of quality material.
• Supervising and overseeing the analysis, inspection, design, and testing, to ensure the highest standards of Product quality.
• Setting and overseeing the implementation of a testing and inspection schedule and ensuring the compliance with the set date and procedures.
• Concrete Mix design.
• Maintaining Quality Manual and ensure the awareness of all employees with regards to the criticality of quality and the adopted standards.
• Supervising and coordinating the quality auditing efforts to ensure compliance with QCI audit.
• To solve quality complaints received from customers.
• Develop Safety culture as per Company Standard.
• Having knowledge in Construction Materials like Cement, Concrete, Aggregates, Chemical & Mineral Admixture, Additive etc.
• Should have excellent knowledge of all relevant IS codes.
• Maintaining the quality records 

Preferred candidate profile

B.E.- Civil/ Diploma- Civil with minimum 6 years of experience in Quality Control of Ready Mix Concrete
