P&M Incharge (RMC Plant)

Role & responsibilities

1. Equipment Maintenance:
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of batching plants, transit mixers, concrete pumps, JCBs, and other machinery.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues to minimize downtime.
2. Asset & Spare Management:
• Monitor equipment performance, implement maintenance schedules, and manage critical spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate with vendors for repairs and spares.
3. Team Leadership:
• Lead and train the maintenance team to ensure efficient operations and adherence to safety protocols.
4. Reporting & Compliance:

Prepare maintenance reports and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• In-depth knowledge of RMC plant equipment: batching plants, transit mixers, JCBs, Trucks and concrete pumps.
• Expertise in both or either electrical and mechanical maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage maintenance schedules and minimize downtime.
• Leadership skills to manage and train the maintenance team.
• Proficiency in maintenance reporting and asset management.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or relevant technical field.
• 08 to 10 years of experience in P&M maintenance, preferably in the RMC industry
