Job Description

Lead the implementation and execution of audit plan covering the Sales & Distribution across all the channels for India business - General Trade, Modern Trade, Ecommerce, Institutional sales etc. along with special focus on Trade promos, consumer promos, trade programs, incentives program etc. and work closely with Sales, Shopper marketing and finance department in strengthening the process.
Ideate, propose, and develop control analytics in the S&D domain using TGO across s for strategic value to the business and Internal audit.
Support head of internal auditor in developing audit plan around the domains of Sales & Distribution, finance audits, market controls, and further work to strategize in elevating process maturity around the area of audit coverage in line with organizational goals.
Support in execution of Sales and Distribution audits for international business and lead this domain coverage for the subsidiaries.
Review of processes and benchmarking with peer FMCG companies to identify areas of improvement, validate the effectiveness of current controls and gain insights into best practices.
Schedule and provide regular updates on review progress, support areas, and challenges. Facilitate prompt resolution.
Ensure quality deliverables, clear actionable recommendations, specific action plans, and concise reporting. Ensure timely finalization and publication before the Audit Committee meeting.
Review progress at all stages of the audit, from scope development to execution. Ensure comprehensive audit coverage, robust test procedures, and quality of observations, recommendations.
