Key Responsibilities:

- Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with business goals and customer needs.

- Roadmap Development: Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on impact and market trends.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with executive stakeholders to gather insights, align priorities, and drive product initiatives.

- Problem Solving and Discovery: Lead product discovery efforts, leveraging data and user research to identify and define key problems.

- Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch and iteration.

- Agility and Efficiency: Implement agile methodologies and efficient processes to enhance productivity and ensure timely delivery.

- Documentation: Write detailed PRDs, EPICs, and user stories to guide development teams.

- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends.

- Customer Focus: Ensure products deliver exceptional value to both B2B and B2C segments.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree from a premium institution; MBA or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

- Overall Experience should be 7-15 years, with at least 5 years in Product Management, Healthcare industry experience is a plus.

- Exposure to B2B and B2C environments along with Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Strong problem-solving and product discovery skills along with a Proven track record in vision, strategy, and roadmap development.
