Qs & Billing Engineer

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor - Billing, AutoCAD, and ERP Expert

Location: Hyderabad

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Quantity Surveying:
   
• Prepare and manage accurate quantity take-offs and bills of quantities for residential projects (G+10 structures).
• Conduct site inspections to verify measurements and quantities.
• Prepare, submit, and manage interim and final payment applications.
2. Billing:
   
• Prepare detailed billing for all residential construction activities.
• Review and verify contractors' bills and subcontractors' claims.
• Ensure all billing is in compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
3. AutoCAD:
   
• Develop and review detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD.
• Ensure all drawings are accurate, detailed, and conform to the project specifications.
• Assist in the preparation of working drawings for site execution.
4. ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning):
   
• Utilize ERP software for project management and documentation.
• Maintain and update project data in the ERP system for accurate tracking and reporting.
• Generate reports and data analysis from the ERP system to support project decisions.
5. Project Coordination:
   
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Assist in the preparation and review of project documentation, including contracts, tenders, and variations.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3 to 7 years of experience in quantity surveying, billing, and AutoCAD, with specific experience in residential brickwork (G+10 structures).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and ERP software.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
