We are seeking a highly skilled BPM Consultant with 5+ years of experience to analyse, design, and optimize business processes. The consultant will be responsible for conducting assessments, implementing BPM solutions, and engaging stakeholders to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. A deep understanding of BPM methodologies, proficiency in BPM tools, and strong communication skills are required.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyse and assess current business processes to evaluate efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.
Identify process bottlenecks and recommend BPM solutions to streamline workflows.
Design and implement process optimization strategies, focusing on automation, standardization, and continuous improvement.
Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to gather requirements and align process improvements with business objectives.
Develop process documentation, including detailed process maps, SOPs, and business requirements.
Define and monitor KPIs to measure and ensure the success of BPM initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate process improvements across departments.
Support change management initiatives to drive adoption and sustainable transformation.
Provide training and support to team members on BPM methodologies and tools.
Stay updated on BPM trends, tools, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and innovation in processes. Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience as a BPM Consultant or similar role.
Technical Expertise:
BPM Methodologies: Strong knowledge and practical application of methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile.
Process Mapping Tools: Proficiency with tools like Visio, Bizagi, Lucid chart, or similar for process mapping and visualization.
BPM Platforms: Experience with BPM software such as Appian, IBM BPM, Pega, or Camunda for designing and implementing solutions.
Data Analysis: Strong ability to analyse process data using tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar to drive decision-making.
Workflow Automation: Knowledge of automation tools and techniques to streamline workflows and reduce manual intervention.
Project Management: Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and tools like JIRA to manage BPM projects.
Integration Skills: Understanding of integrating BPM solutions with existing enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, or HRMS.
Change Management: Expertise in change management principles and strategies to facilitate process adoption and transformation.
Documentation: Skilled in creating detailed documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and training materials. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex processes clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
Teamwork: Proven ability to work in a collaborative environment and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
Education: Master s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Management, Operations, or a related discipline is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
