Job Description
JOB TYPE: PART TIME JOB
Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs for Selenium Automation Testing using Java, Maven, and TestNG.
- Conduct hands-on sessions on manual and automation testing techniques to ensure effective knowledge transfer.
- Develop course materials, presentations, and assessments to measure trainee progress and understanding.
- Provide one-on-one guidance and support to trainees during the training process.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software testing.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 5-10 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting with expertise in Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, Maven, manual and automation testing.
- Strong proficiency in Java programming language with experience working with Maven build tools.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to design engaging training programs for diverse audiences.
