Qc Executive

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Review and Verification:
   
• Conduct thorough reviews of digital content to ensure it meets the required specifications, guidelines, and quality standards.
• Verify accuracy in text, layout, formatting, metadata, and multimedia elements.
2. Error Identification and Correction:
   
• Identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and errors in digital publications (e.g., spelling, grammar, formatting, coding).
• Coordinate with editors, designers, and developers to address and rectify errors.
3. Quality Assurance Processes:
   
• Develop and execute test cases for content validation, functionality checks, and user experience.
• Ensure compliance with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and publishing industry norms.
4. Workflow Optimization:
   
• Monitor and refine QC workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish best practices for quality management.
5. Documentation and Reporting:
   
• Maintain detailed logs of quality checks, errors, and resolutions.
• Provide periodic reports on quality metrics and suggest improvement areas.
6. Tool and Technology Utilization:
   
• Leverage digital publishing tools (e.g., InDesign, CMS platforms) and QC software for quality checks.
• Stay updated with advancements in digital publishing and implement relevant technologies.
