Main job tasks :

- Design and create interactive dashboards and visual reports to represent complex data insights clearly and effectively.

- Collaborate with data scientists and analysts.

- Work closely with team members to understand data requirements and translate them into visual formats that support decision-making.

- Ensure visualization quality and accuracy.

- Validate and test visualizations to ensure they accurately represent data and meet user needs, maintaining high standards of quality.

- Stay updated with visualisation tools and trends.

- Continuously research and adopt the latest visualisation technologies and methodologies to enhance the department's capabilities.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in data visualisation and analytics.

- Ability to analyse and process the data.

- Proficiency in data visualisation tools such as Qlik Sense, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point).

- Experience working with AI and machine learning models is a plus.

Data Visualisation Expertise : Proficiency in creating compelling and informative visual representations of complex data sets to facilitate understanding and decision-making within the Data & AI department.

Analytical Thinking : Ability to critically evaluate data and algorithms to identify patterns, trends, and insights, essential for developing effective visualisation solutions.

Proficiency in Visualization Tools : Skilled in using advanced visualisation software and tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and D3.js to design and implement interactive and dynamic data visualisations.

Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex data insights and visualisation concepts to stakeholders with varying levels of technical expertise.

Collaboration and Teamwork : Experience working collaboratively with data scientists, AI specialists, and other stakeholders to ensure visualisations align with project goals and enhance data-driven decision-making.

Creativity and Innovation : Ability to think creatively to design innovative visualisation solutions that effectively communicate data insights and support the department's objectives.
