QA/QC Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Establishing Concrete mix designs at project sites
• Source approval for various materials required for the project
• Incoming material testing and approval from client
• Assess the implementation of the Quality Plan and Quality Control Plans on the site.
• Quality control of Concrete production
• Soil testing at lab and field compaction testing
• Field inspections and pour card clearance
• Preparation of inspection & test plans, procedures and field quality assurance plan for various activities
• Project documentation and final submission
• Good understanding of industry practices, processes and standards.
• Support and participate to all the internal/external audits

Preferred candidate profile

Knowledge of concrete mix design, material testing, quality control of batching plant production, soil testing, compaction testing, field inspections, pour card clearance, internal auditing.
