Job Description

We re looking for a QA Engineer to join our team. If you re someone who enjoys both manual and automation testing, has an eye for detail, and thrives in a fast-paced environment, then you might just be the perfect fit!

What You ll Be Doing:

Working closely with the team to plan & strategize the testing process and deliver high-quality product
Engaging with seniors/customer/product managers to understand the requirements from a business/end-user perspective and test the product accordingly, ensuring all the acceptance criteria are met
Providing good visibility into product quality along with Risks & Mitigation plan to stakeholders
Validating product functionality through both manual and automation testing, and adding tests to the regression bucket as the application scales
Exploring and recommending new testing tools and frameworks to help solve business challenges.

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Qualification: BE/B.Tech from IIT, NIT, BITS, VJTI, any government college of India.
Experience: 4 to 6 years of experience in QA Engineering.

Must-have skills:

Excellent analytical skills.
Strong testing experience on web-based applications, Test Planning, and Test Strategies.
Solid experience with API testing.
Good exposure to testing on mobile devices (Android/iOS) would be a plus.
Coverage (Functional & Non-Functional) and Risk forecasting is a must.
Good working knowledge of Database (SQL) and Server-side validations.
Good exposure to Unix Shell Scripting, Build Deployment, and Continuous integration would be a plus.
Hands-on experience with the Playwright Automation Framework.
Familiarity with Test Management, Defect Tracking, and Configuration Management tools.
Should have a decent working knowledge of scripting (JavaScript OR Type Script).
Excellent communication (both written & verbal).
Experience in Cloud Exposure
Good mix of hands-on experience in manual & automation testing
