Who we are looking for: A quality assurance engineer, who can help us take quality and reliability to the next level at Pippin. By joining our team, you will assist in developing Pippins proprietary software platform. You will get the opportunity to work on cutting edge technologies and take ownership of client-facing software applications.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Prioritize and plan testing activities
• Play the role of test engineer: Design, develop, and execute automated tests
• Identify and report the issues as well as rectify them.
• Perform regression testing.
• Ensure the quality, responsiveness, and performance of Pippins web applications
• Collaborate with software developers.

Must-Have Skills

• Selenium, JavaScript framework-based automated test writing
• Testing principles & methodologies.
• Automation tools & techniques
• Web Application Testing
• Android Application Testing
• Load Testing using Artillery
• Configuration management concepts & procedures
• Power shell and/or bash scripting
• API testing experience.
• SQL query experience.
• Having a protractor's end-to-end experience is an added advantage.
• Experience with version control, open-source practices, and code review

Need to Have

• Excellent communication skills (written and spoken in English)
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or the equivalent demonstrated experience
