Role & responsibilities
- Associate with 18 to 20 years of strong experience in managing and delivering testing projects.
- Develop and execute comprehensive testing transformation strategies aligned with client goals.
- Lead and manage large-scale transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
- Identify and implement best practices to optimize testing processes and drive efficiency across QA Lifecycle.
- Lead transformation initiatives across the QA lifecycle, including automation, test environment management, performance testing, and test data management (TDM) etc
- Drive the adoption of test automation frameworks and tools.
- Drive the adoption of innovative testing methodologies and technologies.
