We take pride in our innovative solutions and are looking for an equally passionate Technical Development Manager to lead and grow a dynamic engineering team.

Role Overview: We are seeking a talented Technical Development Manager to build and nurture a team within the Helix business unit. The ideal candidate is curious, passionate about improvement, and leads by example.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the development, validation, and maintenance of software products through the complete agile software development cycle.
• Utilize business metrics to identify gaps and inefficiencies.
• Grow, coach, and manage a team, addressing individual performance challenges and growth areas.
• Collaborate with extended development management teams to prioritize and deliver optimized solutions.
• Work closely with Product Management, Quality Engineering, and customers to adopt modernized and strategic solutions.
• Identify technological, process, and people gaps and work with team, peers, and managers to come up with solutions.
• Present clear and concise status updates to leadership.
• Continuously enhance the skills and experiences of the team.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise:

• B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science or a relevant field with a minimum of 8 years of related experience, or an advanced degree with 6+ years of experience.
• 1-2+ years of direct management experience with software engineers and/or quality engineers.
• Knowledge of enterprise development techniques.
• .NET Web development experience (HTML5, JS, MVC, etc.).
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (C#, .Net Core) and scripting.
• Expertise in SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience in designing and building high-scale, high-volume systems.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD and pipelines.
• Strong experience in debugging complex web application issues through code review and detailed logs.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, especially with highly technical team members.
• Ability to foster a culture of continuous engineering improvement through mentoring, feedback, and metrics.
• Experience with cross-site teaming and organizational management.
• Proficiency with technical tools like Splunk and Snowflake, and adaptability to new tools as necessary.

This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
