Required Skills

Code Review Quality Control: Expertise in conducting code reviews to enhance performance and maintain high standards of data quality, with a focus on quality assurance practices.
Tool Customisation Automation: Hands-on experience in customizing annotation tools and automating tasks to increase operational efficiency.
Leadership Mentorship: Demonstrated ability to lead small teams, guide them through technical challenges, and mentor junior members to support their professional growth.
Conflict Resolution Resource Management : Strong skills in resolving conflicts and managing resources to ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes.
Communication Stakeholder Engagement: Adept at explaining complex technical issues to diverse audiences, delivering constructive feedback, and providing clear updates to stakeholders.

What does day-to-day life look like
