Job Description :

5+ years of experience in Python programming.
Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
Proficiency in designing and managing large database schemas.
Proven ability to find solutions to complex issues.
Experience with code deployment processes across multiple environments.
Proven ability to handle servers of Linux servers, NGINX, and Gunicorn
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience in mentoring and training team members.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Database Design: Design database schemas or worked on large database schema projects.
Problem Solving: Find solutions to complex issues and challenges.
Best Practices: Recommend and implement best Python practices.
Code Deployment: Handle code deployment to various environments, including Development, QA, Pre-Production, and Production.
Infrastructure Management: hands on experience to manage AWS services, Linux servers, NGINX, and Gunicorn.
Independence: Work independently with minimal support and supervision.
Training and Mentorship: Help and train the team to bring them to the next level of proficiency.
Team Leadership: (Optional but preferred) Lead the team or demonstrate the potential to become a Team Lead.
