Job Description
- 5+ years of experience in Python programming.
- Strong knowledge of data structures and algorithms.
- Proficiency in designing and managing large database schemas.
- Proven ability to find solutions to complex issues.
- Experience with code deployment processes across multiple environments.
- Proven ability to handle servers of Linux servers, NGINX, and Gunicorn
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in mentoring and training team members.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Database Design: Design database schemas or worked on large database schema projects.
- Problem Solving: Find solutions to complex issues and challenges.
- Best Practices: Recommend and implement best Python practices.
- Code Deployment: Handle code deployment to various environments, including Development, QA, Pre-Production, and Production.
- Infrastructure Management: hands on experience to manage AWS services, Linux servers, NGINX, and Gunicorn.
- Independence: Work independently with minimal support and supervision.
- Training and Mentorship: Help and train the team to bring them to the next level of proficiency.
- Team Leadership: (Optional but preferred) Lead the team or demonstrate the potential to become a Team Lead.
