Service Engineer

Bachelor'sKey Responsibilities:

• Product Promotion: Present and demonstrate refrigeration and cooling products to existing and potential customers.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain relationships, address technical queries, and identify new opportunities.
• Technical Support: Provide expert guidance during pre-engagements, implementation phases, and troubleshooting.
• Market Insights: Monitor industry trends and competitors to guide product development strategies.
• Solution Delivery: Deliver presentations, prepare proposals, negotiate agreements, and successfully secure commitments.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years in technical or client-facing roles, preferably in refrigeration or cooling industries.
• Strong understanding of industrial chillers, cold storage, and refrigeration systems.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and pipeline management skills.
• Willingness to travel for client and site visits
