Operations Intern

Job Description:

We are looking for two enthusiastic and proactive Operations Interns to join our team and assist in the day-to-day operations of our academy. This internship offers an excellent opportunity for individuals to gain hands-on experience in managing operations, coordinating with various stakeholders, and enhancing the overall functioning of the academy.

Role & responsibilities:

• Day-to-Day Coordination: Assist in managing the day-to-day activities of the academy, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution of tasks.
• Center Visits: Conduct regular visits to our academy centers to assess their overall health, functionality, and performance, ensuring they align with the academys standards and goals.
• Parent Interaction: Engage with parents to address concerns, resolve issues, and gather valuable feedback regarding the academys programs and services.
• Coach Coordination: Work closely with coaches to ensure training sessions are well-organized, efficient, and align with the academys curriculum and standards.
• Operational Records & Logistics: Maintain accurate operational records and assist with logistics management, ensuring all supplies, resources, and materials are available for daily operations.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Passion for sports and education is a plus.

Additional: Center visit expenses after office will be reimbursed.
