Engineer - Facility and Maintenance

Should be able to carry preventive and breakdown maintenance work for pneumatic, electrical, mechanical and utility equipments.

Should be able to determine malfunctions/errors in equipment's and to develop list of corrective and preventive actions to resolve it

Should independently resolve all technical/machine related problems and should ensure to reduce breakdown and to improve uptime of all mechanical and pneumatic based machines and equipments with a clear SOP to maintain spare parts and consumables

Should be responsible to improve, plan and coordinate for all preventive actions and breakdown maintenance of machinery, equipment's and spare parts management

Should have a good knowledge and experience of TPM, spare parts management, Monthly P&M report, rework reduction, servo motors, PLC/HMI/VFD, circuit breakers, cable connections, motor conditions, pneumatic unit, gear box units and air compressor maintenance.

Should adhere to daily and weekly checks to ensure smooth operation of all machines and equipments at site.

Should maintain effective communication with OEM to address / resolve the repetitive issues, attend to breakdowns, troubleshoot, and should be able to rectify basic issues through PDCA cycle

Should be supportive to new machine installation team for work related to power cable connections, circuit connections, utility connections and should understand the layout connection for all future troubleshooting and maintenance works

Should be responsible to solve all electrical and mechanical related issues and should maintain machine checklist, maintenance records, breakdown records and spare parts consumption records

Should independently repair and replace faulty machine parts after co ordinating with OEM Should adhere to maintain safe and clean work environment
